Coronavirus COVID-19 – Crisis measures

Due to the government’s decision to apply emergency measures against the spread of coronavirus (COVID-19) we would like to apologize to all our B2C customers. In accordance with Section 419 of Act No. 89/2012 Coll. of the Civil Code (as amended), the purchase of goods at the IDEAL TRADE spol. s r. o. branch is not possible. We would like to refer our customers to our e-shop, where goods may be ordered and delivered through our partner carriers. IDEAL TRADE branch will continue to be open for commercial customers (when purchases are made for business purposes), regardless of the legal form of the customer.
